The Flights Central Pledge As travellers, we believe that we should give something back to the countries which have welcomed us and enriched our lives. To achieve this, the Flights Central directors have decided that they will retain six percent of the annual profits of the company and support projects in the countries we visit. Currently, we have identified a project in Thailand giving very practical support to some of the disenfranchised hill tribe communities. For 2008, we will identify projects in Cambodia and Laos and support them in the same direct way.
Offsetting There is currently no legislation, no compulsion and no real mood among travellers to offset their flights. It's a concept which is yet to be proven in many minds. For us at Flights Central, it's very much a matter of personal choice but we have identified a company we believe in:
